DMCA & Complaints Policy

It is our policy to respond to complaints and/or notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. All complaints are reviewed and resolved within seven (7) business days. That resolution will then be communicated to the Complainant. Appeals or requests for any decision made should be presented, again, to support@latinasx.live.

Process

To file a complaint, click the “File a complaint” link below. You will then be prompted to supply additional information to facilitate our investigation. Once we have received the necessary information, your complaint will be reviewed. Within seven business days, we will remove the content in question and ensure the content does not resurface. We may also take action against the poster. Should we decline your complaint, you will have the option to restart the process.

Appeals

If you have been depicted in any content and would like to appeal removal of such content, please notify us by email at support@latinasx.live. If there should be disagreement regarding an appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral party.
